I'm Sophia, and baking has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I've been vegetarian for almost 8 years now, and vegan for a few of those. Because of that, I’ve had the chance to experiment with baking all kinds of vegan and vegetarian sweets for my family and friends along the way.
For me, baking something healthy and delicious for my family is such a joy, and it’s something I’m deeply passionate about. I love using clean, simple, and organic ingredients in everything I make, because good food starts with good ingredients!
My boyfriend, Tayler, and I also love to take cooking classes when we travel—whether it’s learning to make pasta in Tuscany or making different salsas in Mexico. Baking truly fills my heart, and I’m so happy to share that with you! Everything is made right here, in my home, with love and a short blessing before baking.
